I had Melissa as my representative she was AMAZING!!! she helped me get my check earlier from my job I got paid off of I always got my checks from this job around 3/5 pm she was able to not only get this check right into my account but she figured out why I was getting my checks so late it was because my job had an extra number in my account number. I was very pleased that she was able to do this within 20 minutes I don’t leave reviews often so Melissa if you’re reading this you impressed me and you were amazing thank you very much !! ❤️❤️
I have been banking with Hapo for over twelve years and I have always been taken care of 100%., I never had a bad experience and walked out satisfied. Sometime back I received a call from Hapo, someone had got into my account and was withdrawing money. They Emailed me .And when they new it was not me they put a freeze on my account, investigated, and took care of me when I went to the bank to fill out paperwork, and even gave back my money. For that I will always be dedicated and grateful.
My rating will continue to drop if this place doesn't start being more up front when conducting loans. The last loan I took out I asked to have the auto payment function removed so I could adjust my budget. The guy said he would do it and dumb me took his word for it. I made my payment manually the day before it was due and guess what, on the due date, the bank drafted a second payment automatically. So the guy did not do what he said he would do. Had to call and have them "once again" remove the auto pay. This is not the first time I found things different after I took out a loan but I won't go into it now. Just make sure to question the hell out of them, make them walk you fully through the terms even if it annoys them. The literature is vague especially when it's a special they are running and it's written so only lawyers can understand it.
If I could give these hacks less than one star I would. They make it inconvenient and almost impossible to make loan payments on time. What kind of no budget backwoods operation can't receive an immediate electronic transfer? They open accounts in your name without your permission. Their "customer service" reps have no answers and will flat out lie to you. These people are out to steal your money. Stay far away.
This is the worst business transaction of my life. Basically penisula Subaru and hapo are criminals. I will tell everyone about my poor experience dealing with this company!
