My husband and I own a Business and we have found ourselves here a few times to get camera equipment, I have been to other stores before they were bought and switched over and I had a negative experience...That all changed the day I found this store. Often Pawn places treat people like they are lower on the totem pole. We are in the 200k plus category, so its pretty offensive being judged when based on the sheer fact that you are in a pawn shop. Here Tom and his staff have literally changed my entire view on the chain and the business itself. I have had pleasant experiences with Latasha, Candy, and If I could I would give 100 stars for how the Manager Tom treats people. It's very rare to see men and women that actually respect the old school ways of customer service and being friendly and outgoing has made me enjoy going to this store more then I do going to a Target or Fred Meyer. Also honorable mentions would be the two gentlemen that usually deal with the computer issues, They have spent time with me AFTER a purchase to make sure I knew how to use the laptop I bought, they even through in a really nice leather bound Case that was left over.
Awful... They can’t tell real gold from fake, I have taken the same jewelry to other shops that say it’s real gold, but this shop says it’s plated. I have read other reviews that say the same thing, don’t waste your time going there. Awful awful awful
It was pathetic experience to deal Renton 108 Ave branch the manager is soooooo rude ,,he is 100% racist he is dealing me like cash America is own company even he doesn't have knowledge to check gold ornaments he said fake gold to original gold and promised to top up the loan however after 5 mins he refused after asking the reason he said I ll not approve it's his wish ,,,he is not a good person cash America must think about this kind of rude person before hiring
I am Extremly disappointed in how this company handles customer injuries. I test drove a bike that I had my hesitations about because of the rust on bike chains and asked manager prior riding bike if there were any concerns about it and he said no it was good to ride. As soon as I got on bike and rode it and tried to brake the bike woyld not and I ran into a car and now I am being sued for this incident and Cash America corp won't return my calls or let me see video on my accident. When I tried to go back to see the bike. They had replaced chains and covered there tracks. I am very upset about all this. Still I get no call back to discuss from the legal department . Now is time to seek legal actions.
Alright prices. Guy was a bit of a jerk Guess it was near closing but theres no need to throw dirt on my laptop and then once I pick up my laptop it comes back with the wrong charger. Upper hand the lady who helped me that day was nice.
