Offensively impolite and ill-mannered. Specially the blonde hair lady. They gave me 17 bucks for a $200 power tool. So disappointed with them,
I wanted to see how much they pay for my drill, but she didn't give me the drill back. They paid 10 bucks for my $150 DeWalt drill.

Came into store today Mia Customer Care Specialist assisted me and my daughter never felt so cared for by any CCS as we did with Mia she was very professional and friendly. My daughter came in to buy a ring and she is difficult because she want the perfect ring. Mia was patience, kind, and funny. Thanks Mia for your great customer service.
