Not worth your time - go to a different Cash America - Bad customer service. 2016 - good customer service, meet the needs, and quick. 2017 - okay customer service, meet the needs, and slower attentive customer service. 2018 - bad customer service, older white man doesn't want to do business with customers, short change customers, and no direction for a line when it forms. 2019 - went in today to pawn, not sell, and the older white lady (Barbara) - offered me $30 for a Samsung Galaxy Tab E, version 7.1.1 and I needed $200, I'm pawning this item not selling it. She told me, everyone says that. First of all, you don't need to compare me to other customers, customer service no-no. Secondly, I don't need your $30 dollars, that doesn't help me, it was an insult and I will not be doing business with you again.

The young man, i think of Mexican decent is very rude. Almost walked out. The blond lady came to save the day. Very curdious and helped me with what i needed
