Been a customer along time good place great staff good deal's.
If I was to write it all down, it would take half the day. Very uneducated people, when they say they don't have resources to verify, etc perhaps they should look into the thing called the internet, Live Auctioneers, Invaluable, Sotheby's, Heritage Auctions, eBay, ect. Also...ACE is the Only FFL Dealer that does NICS background on 180 year old Antique Arms.....unbelievable. No longer will I ever consider doing business. I can understand why they carry used DVD'S, old Video Games and lower end item's. But!! The people are always nice and polite and they should get a 5 Star rating on that, but overall, engaging and learning and valuing will increase knowledge, income and longevity. But whatever works, low end works at ACE.
This is the 6 th time I've tried to finish this review!!! A dear friend used to let me borrow her ring her Sis gave her to pawn then return to her. She got me going to American Pawnbrokers who are Wonderful people to deal with. They would loan $40 On it. But I was near Ace & they loaned me $10. Sadly I lost my ticket and the ring as I forgot but as soon as I remembered, I went in to see if it was in the case to buy it back, it was not. When I got home I called Ace & told the man who asked my name but he lied and said they have no record of it at all!!! My friend told her sister I lost it and her sister told her she'd never give her another ring. To make it better, I'm looking for 2 red filigree heart rings now, one for my friend one for her sis. Also want people to know that Pawn Depot was Wonderful to do business with also same as American Pawnbrokers.
This place is clean, well organized, the staff friendly, and has a pretty good selection of items for sale. I have been in here twice now. While I have not made any purchases, I never felt like I was being hurried along, the staff always answered any questions I had, I have always found something I was interested in, and have generally had a good experience. The listed price on goods I know about seems to be a little higher than market price, but I'm sure that like many pawn shops, they will work with you on that. I just prefer a place that posts the actual price they will sell it for. Other than that, I think this is a good place.
I was looking for a snowboard and happened to see one that Ace posted online. I communicated with someone there over the offer up app and decided to check it out in person. I drove from Tacoma so I was hopeful that this wouldn't be a waste of time. The guy at the counter was super friendly and knew the different specs of the board I picked out. The price was really good and he even took the offer I made the drop the price down a little. Friendly guys, good prices. Worth the drive! Thank you!
