I've been a member of OCU since 2008, and the service has been consistently outstanding! It is so refreshing to walk into a branch where the tellers always seem happy and they know you by name. I'm the type of person who is typically on-the-go, and the few times when I've had any financial requests, I've been able to work with Carrie at the Olympia branch and she never ceases to impress me with her amazing and speedy service. With my busy schedule, I appreciate the fact that she has always been able to work with me over email and I always feel like she understands what I need and is able to deliver with turnaround times that can't be beat. The last time I needed a loan, she was able to approve me in less than 20 minutes, and the paperwork was ready to sign just as soon as I could drive over there. I especially loved the Halloween costume contest. The decorations and costumes were incredible! Just shows that these are real people and not just someone behind a desk or counter. They want to help you with your financial problems. I have been a member for over 25 years, and I won't go anywhere else. Highly recommended!
