I've had this "bank" for 30 years, they're always helpful & friendly.
Will not take loose change. I was told 7 dollars in change was to much to handle and i would need to use their coin machine which charged 3%. (6 dollars of which was in quarters). Also their loan intrest rate are higher than anyone else. I have good credit and have never missed a payment. They are not willing to work for business. These are some of the reasons i do not do more business with them. I have loans and a business account with another bank. If they were more willing to work with me and have better customer service i would do most or more of my business with them.

Ever since they closed the other branches and force everyone to go hear the service is gone to pots the old ladies that work here seem insulted that you make them do their job I opened my account at one of the locations now closed & have been soo dis-satisfied with this location I will be taking my business elsewhere
