Opus Bank is hands-down the BEST bank I've ever had in my life. No charges for ridiculous nonsense like the big, bad BOA wolf. At this branch Kelly is the most personable, friendly teller I've ever had the pleasure of working with, she always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about Opus Bank and especially this branch. Thank you all for everything you do for the local community. Keep up the good work!
In the years that we have done business at this location; It has gone from a wonderful friendly local branch of Cascade Bank to a fairly high turnover, colder business called Opus Bank. Their IT division gets a grade of "F" with many problems including a month long period where you could not access your account online. E-mailing the branch manager doesn't get you a personal response, which doesn't seem like a good business practice. The one outstanding customer service representative is Kelly! She may be the only reason we stay with this bank. If it weren't for her and that we hadn't committed accounts, checks, auto transfers to this bank, we would go elsewhere.
The staff are so friendly and personable. The best bank I've had.
