I have had an account at the Mountlake Terrace Bank Branch for 50+ years. The name has changed many times over the years. US Bank professionalism is far above any other Bank or Credit Union I’ve dealt with over the years I have been Extremely impressed with their practices many times since they opened their doors. The Bank manager’s name is Andrew. He is a very personable and helpful young man. A couple yrs ago someone tried to use my debit card online. The bank Immediately declined the purchases and froze my account. How they knew it wasn’t me is a mystery, but I was so glad they didn’t let most of the purchases go through. Only one was not declined so I was out $1.98. US Bank immediately returned my $1.98 and issued a new debit card. I was then and still very impressed and thankful. If looking for a new bank try US Bank. You’ll be happy about your choice.
My mom is bank at US Bank in mountlake terrace since it was built I lost my mother recently and I'm waiting for a call back on one piece of paper that they supposedly said should be stamped even though my aunt... Has not received the money then it's gets stamped and filed at the court house.. but US bank 4 hours later still waiting at home they have not gotten back to me, I will not be putting my money back into their bank treated rudely on the phone
I have an account U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?
Very impressed with US Bank. They caught on someone using my debit card and froze the account before I even realized. I have many accounts with them. Recommend them. Very friendly staff.
i recently had to close my account because i was getting better deals at credit union.. anyways even though i was closing my account.. andrew (i think he is the manager at this branch), did an amazing job.. he did know he was going to lose me as a customer but still gave me really helpful advice. really respectful guy and has alot of knowledge. i would highly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of help regarding anything financial .. that man goes above and beyond..
