I've dealt with this company once before with no issue. But now I just got served with a lawsuit for unpaid debt. I was not aware of these dues nor was I contacted by this company. These people are shark. Not nice at all
Terrible company because it lacks morale judgment. Roy Warnick is a real piece of work and will say anything to obtain your business. Try another collection agency this one lacks integrity.
Horrible, Awful and Disgusting human beings work here. I completely understand they are just doing their job. But, there is such a thing as kindness. I have never been so disrespected. My WONDERFUL case manager Roy Warnick was even rude enough to hang up on me. Makes me happy that I recorded the call. See you in court Roy!
Terribly rude and unreasonable! They will yell at you and threaten with legal action. Even when you offer them payment they will deny it and have done it to multiple people
Wow, they served someone else in a city I don't live in and are taking 80 percent of my paycheck illegally while refusing to accept payment from me. I think it's literally the worst customer service and most distributable business. I sincerely hope the worst for them because my three daughters and I may be on the streets soon.
