Love the people the environment and there easy financing program Buddys is always our go to for anything we need for our home
The staff is very nice and very helpful and understanding and my experience there was awesome
The delivery driver for this store is rude, and has no customer service whatsoever. First, when he called to tell us (not ask) that they wouldn’t deliver until it was more convenient for them, he hung up on us mid-sentence. He then tried telling his manager that it was us that hung up. When the items were delivered, he refused to talk to us, just carried the item in and left. Today, he showed up at the door demanding payment which showed late due to their error. Again he was rude and laughed at us before driving off. The store corrected the error both times, but keeping this rude employee in contact with customers that pay his wages, shows a lack of management capability. We agreed to her one more chance before contacting corporate. Buddy’s is not the only game in town, so one more issue and we will spend our money elsewhere.
I absolutely do not like this store, I thought they were kind and and honest at first. I then realized after they had told me I paid off my item then next payment was due and told me I owe that or I owe the full price, they are theives
