Rated 3 starts due to the respect I did receive from this company. The finance manager did a great job explaining to me what I need to do to get my credit up. Disappointed that I came from Spokane , WA (5 hour drive) to be let down. I spoke with Edward over the phone days before coming out and was lead to believe I could & WOULD get a vehicle. I made sure they pulled my credit before I came to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time. As I later found out, I cannot get anything through them because they only do in-house for people 5 miles of range from them? That makes no sense considering I was told otherwise on the phone. My credit was also pulled not once? twice?... but EIGHT times. So now I have 8 more hard inquires to fix. If you’re coming from out of town - do not expect to receive any in house financing unless you’re down the street from the company.
I was told I could pay a down payment at a lower cost over the phone so I took a chance; mind you I'm coming from Tacoma. But when I got there I asked for the salesman who I spoke to, and they told me he was attending other customers. One of the other salesman were able to help my family and I and he was very helpful at explaining the facts about getting a car. The guy on the phone told me the wrong information but I'm happy Michael told me honestly what I needed to do. Therefore, I prefer for someone that has more experience and state facts instead of having me drive from Tacoma to Lynnwood. Know better next time. :l
Nate & Micheal were absolutely amazing (AND FUN) helping me get into my dream car (Toyota Corolla) this past Saturday 6/15/19!! This is the second vehicle I have purchased at Doug's and simply cannot recommend this place and these guys ENOUGH!! They are magicians and I trust them completely...In other words - GET YOUR NEXT RIG FROM THEM!!!!!
After spending hours on the phone with Mike, he promised to return a call later that day. I never heard from him again. Turns out there were no financing options for me which is fine. This guy is only interested in making a sale. If he can't help you he will not tell you. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!!
