This is the best place to get a loan from. They are so easy going and willing to work with you. Ardis an employee there is so amazing. I had a payment plan set up and got a new job with different paydays and she worked with me so I could still make my payments and have them be on time so I can remain in good standing with them. Ardis is definitely an amazing employee and has excellent customer service skills! I wouldn't go anywhere else for help just because of Ardis and her customer service skills .
So great to get a quick loan. Fees are reasonable and the 2 ladies that run and work this branch are awesome. They really take time to make sure their customers understand all terms of there loan and are always ready and willing to answer any questions you may have. They even call or text you when your pay date is near..so glad to know if I ever get busy and forget, they will send me a gentle reminder. I really appreciate that. I came in for a loan about 10 minutes until they closed. They refused to loan me money because they were closing soon. In my line of customer service work, if a customer walks in a minute before close, I have to help them. Why doesn't the same customer service apply here? I will go someplace else. Guess they dont want my bussiness.
