verry good customer service at kirkland
Stuffs are helpful and friendly, got a car loan from them with a low interest. However they signed me up for a protection plan which does nothing for me, even when i orally declined all insurance/protections. I had no time to read all the documents i signed and they slipped in the protection plan. When i called to cancel the plan days after, they charged me a whole month and refused to refund me even the remaining 18 days. Stay away from this smcu. very bad practice. Late Update: bump it to 3 stars since they did refund me later
