I have banked here since long before it was Umpqua. The people have always been awesome and very helpful. Free coffee daily and cookies on friday.
Been to this bank numerous times since moving to Kennewick and I’m more than unimpressed with the service. I loved Umpqua in my last town but don’t think I’ll stick with this location.
I really enjoy banking with Umpqua. I have had accounts with other local, regional, and national banks, but the bankers at Umpqua have consistently been the most friendly and able to meet my business needs.
This bank is ridiculous, they tried charging me $6, just to cash a check that was from their own bank.
I have banked here since moving to Tri Cites. I have always felt comfortable and the staff makes you feel like your family. I've never had any issues and have always received great support for our business accounts. The manager in Richland, James Atwood is awesome.
