This US Bank is the reason I am closing my US bank accounts they’ve been nothing but unhelpful. I didn’t have my ID on me and they were unwilling to really do anything for me when I have dealt with another bank branch actually multiple where they were always willing to work with me. The teller Janelle was completely useless

The level of service from this branch is awesome! We have received great customer service since we switched from BofA a few years ago. I love their online banking and app. Stephen is great to work with. I call him all the time with questions and he is patient, funny and helpful. Nicole is a great manager and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable when I walk into this bank - feels like a neighborhood bank where they really know you.
I use U.S. Bank for my checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. It was easy to find parking. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?
