If I can give this place 0.001 stars, I will definitely rate it. Most of the google review of BOA is very low, I think maybe people nowadays are too picky or sensitive, but I realized that gotta be some reasons until today. Situations: We got rejected by the BOA KENMORE due to regularly using bills to exchange coins without having a business account. And let my husband waited about 55 minutes, and do-nothings (manager there, a few employees there) First of all, can you guys tell me where to find the rules saying that the customer who has BOA checking , saving , joint account can not exchange bills to coins just because he does not has a business account. Or tell me how many times you can provide me this service every month? you know, all of my family members use BOA account, if each of them can get a box of the quarter using $500 bills, you are gonna do this job 3 times a week. Or I still can ask my friends who has BOA account to do this favor for me if you are gonna provide this service one time for one person. If you read your job description and know your job duty, all you need to do is make a phone call to reserve it for your customers, and walk to the save with the manager. But the fact shows that you do not do your job well, or you are just being lazy or ignore the customer who does not have a business account. I do not know whether this manager (I do not know his name) deserves his pay or not. He helps the company lost customers. I know BOA is a large enterprise, but to be honest, your company should learn something from Costco and Starbucks about what is customer services. At least most of the reviews from the customers are good. Secondly, Can the manager at BOA Kenmore tell your customer that you will be back about 40 minutes due to having the lunch break, not just let your customer sit there about 55 minutes without informing anything? Check your camera, you will know the number----55 is a real number. You can reject your service immediately, you can keep informing us, but not this way. Let me give you an example: You waiter forgot to put your order in after 55 minutes, and you are starving... Time is precious, especially my husband needs to take care of his old and sick mom. And you just do your job as slow as you can. Work needs efficiency, man. Finally, to the BOA, your business really need to listen to your customers. or other banks like JP Morgan will beat you. To the BOA Kenmore staff, I do not blame other employees except the manager. You do not deserve this job title and the salary. Bad services, horrible services. Do not expect services if you do not have a business account because you are poor just because you do not have a business account on them. A Business Account........hehe
I don't usually leave bad reviews unless I have to. The two stars are for the wonderful employees. And no star is for the manager. For being so unorganized, and ever so slightly passive aggressive. I'm not even asking to make me feel welcomed, I'm asking to get my things sorted out and answer my questions... Almost sent me away because I wanna get a replacement card, was trying to make me call BOA CS, well, I'm here, and I waited a good 20 minutes. And you don't have any customers in the lobby. So, there is that.
Poorly managed. Understaffed. 10+minute wait at drive through. Lost our $16,000.00 deposit. Called us after hours and left message to call them back. When we called, automated message simply says bank is now closed. Disgraceful and unacceptable. Manager is absolutely inept.
If you, like me, love standing in lines until your hair begins to fall out, you wouldn't consider any other bank.
Waited at drive up for 10 minutes, had to honk to get attention. Went inside and 3 employees were just talking to one another. Always slow at this location.
