I had the worst experience with Chris Burk. I was pre-approved threw Chris . After looking for properties for almost 3 months and putting offers in on 4 different home sending ernest money and paying for inspection's on 2 different homes . In the final steps of the approval on my offer Chris contacts me to inform me he made a mistake on my approval and I am not approved for a loan at all . When I asked to be reimbursed for my inspection's being that I would have never paid for an inspection knowing I was not approved . Chris's response was that's not the way this works .
