My loan turned down. That was fine. But today I get notice from my car insurance company. ONEMAIN has a lien on my car. I didn't realize they were closed on Saturday. So now I have to wait until Monday to find out why. And what happens I'd I have an accident? They get first dibs on recovery?? I am so angry...
We've been a customer for several years and each time we've had need for help or loan, we are treated professionally and courteously. The only minor negative is, there seems to be changes in the staff or management regularly .
