This location make the process easy and fast unlike the Kirkland location
We had a great, fast experience here..Marta helped us. She was very nice & quick. First time I've ever had a good experience at one of these..SO THANK U SO MUCH MARTA! the only thing I would complain about that has nothing to do with Marta is they should charge. Little less to cash tax return checks..places like Fred Meyer don't even charge $10 but here we were charged $75 all together. We were in a hurry so we just did it. But just seems like alot compared to their competitors. Thank you again Marta. U were great.

The other day when I was at Moneytree, I had a very pleasant experience with Tranace. She was very informational,and her customer service was fantastic. Such a pleasant gal! I definitely will return,and Tranace will be my go to girl!
The staff here are efficient and helpful. I don't get the reviewers who didn't do their homework and are pissed. They offer a service for a target group, get a grip. Anyways, would recommend
