My goodness the friendly and attentiveness was amazing. This was my first pawnshop experience and loved it. Will be coming back.
Bring receipts for anything you want to pawn otherwise they assume it's stolen... sorry it's just policy. Also make sure there are no names written on stuff unless you have them or their I.D. again sorry we aren't a pawn shop just a store that accepts returns for a lower price and a small amount of time... better off just returning it to the store for full price back if possible.
They sold my father-in-law a laptop yesterday and it's completely locked. They gave him a password but it is definitely not the password to any profile on this laptop. They knowingly sold him a useless laptop.
I was one day late on picking up my item and didn't realize they give a grace period!! I've had to literally BUY BACK my own stuff from other places and was afraid the same thing would happen here.
