I called about getting a loan but since I do not live in their county or close surrounding I was not able to loan through them. They were super helpful though and gave me some different places I could check out to loan from that were closer to me. If I lived closer I would definitely be going through Instant Cash as they were super friendly and helpful!
didnt get a loan here at all but what i did do was call ahead of time to see what the requirements were for a loan....the lady over the phone went above and beyond and helped me figure out my situation before driving a half hour to be unpleasantly suprised..didnt get her name but she also told me of a closer location...if it werent for her id STILL be visiting but at a farther location..so all worked out great! :)
I wasn't getting the loan but my friend was and we traveled a hour after he called and asked what he needed to bring. When we got there she said he didn't have the documents required. She was so rude and she literally laughed at him. Me personally I think this lady is racist, hates her job and hated people. She was rude to the Hispanic lady in front of us too. I wished her manager would honestly do something about her because she is costing them customers with inadequate information...that's how they make money.
The white thick lady Working ovethere is super rude over the phone and if you ever go the store it will only take you 30 seconds to recognize her just by looking and how much she hates her job and customers .. I went to store and I thought the door was closed she looked many times standing outside and didn't even made a sign to let know the door was open or go and open it for me she problaby hated my Latin face..Racist B..
They won't loan to Royal City because they say it's not part of Grant County, someone is an Idiot there...
