My husband and I have been banking here for over 10 years now. The customer service has always been professional, kind, courteous and helpful. Even when we have made mistakes on OUR end, they have always been kind and professional. We love their checking options, online bill pay and the app. We would like a branch in downtown Puyallup though.
UNPROFESSIONAL BEYOND BELIEF!!!!!! Your teller scribbled all over the back of my payroll check then tells me she can't cash it. Now your manager giggles at my frustration because your refusing to fix this. Absolutely unprofessional.
