My parents opened my first US Bank account for me when I was a year old. That was over 30 years ago. I have had checking accounts, credit cards, and home mortgages through you. After my experience at this branch on Sunday (and some other issues before with US Bank in general) I went straight to the Credit Union and opened new accounts. Bye. No, I wont call your "customer care" team, if you want to chat, you have all my numbers.
They don't state non customer fees up front. Just cash a check costs $7.00. I used to bank w them many years ago & now remember why I left. Treat people criminal if you're not a account with them Rather rude & very smug.Horrible bank
Extremely disappointing experience! Terrible branch of US Bank. Even one star is thousands of times too much for this place! They are supposed to be helping their customers in financial matters instead of causing problems. I deposited two checks in my checking account via this branch’s ATM. They sent me back the checks after 6 days. During this time my car payment was posted which caused the account to overdraft and penalty. I addressed the issue with the manager of the bank (an Indian lady), she acted extremely unprofessional and did not take responsibility for their negligence of informing the customer (me) promptly and instead blamed it on me. I have been following the same pattern of depositing my wife’s paychecks in my account every two weeks for last FOUR years and never encountered a problem until I came to this branch for the very first time. (And obviously last, too.)
