I would like to say The Branch Manager Kim was very professional in the higher standard possible, The way the time she took to make sure that our needs were met and went beyond to make sure the check transaction will go smooth . She was transfer few times to different departments to verify the amount and information but she never lost her professionalism in accomplishing the task at hand . Just wanted to come by and say that ARELY was awesome! She helped me understand everything when i came in to get a loan, and she had the biggest most welcoming smile! Thats excellent customer service! Also, when i came to pay for that loan, KIM also greeted me with the same smile and gave me excellent customer service!
