The owner is unbelievably rude, made a lot of incorrect assumptions which he used to make us feel like we shouldn’t even be looking at the guns. Basically drove us out of the store with his condescension and rudeness. Kept repeating that we need to take a class before we could come into his store just to look. Will never go back in again. Never experienced such immediate disrespect from someone supposedly in costumer service.
He doesn't like doing business I guess. And was one then just rod and reel was offered after I seen other similar reels and rods. after I was denied on several other items a good amount to just sell what I wanted to pawn. Luckily I was able to sell part of the other items I brought. (Music gear)And got more and was offered than what I was asking for kept the item I really didnt wanna part with (why I wanted to pawn)I just wish I hadn't had to waste the gas to offload when it could have easily been done and I wasn't asking for much at all

Snakes I’m the grass. Bad business tactics. Don’t waste your time here with your firearms they’re far better local places to go. I’ve been I long time member of the community and I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. Again there’s far better places to go locally to get at least 30% more for your items.
I don't know where the negative reviews are coming from. First of all, this place is well kept and clean, which means a lot in downtown Bremerton. I came in with a rifle for sale, they gave me a price, we met in the middle, done deal. What more can you ask for? Customer service was good.
