I come here every month to get cashiers checks for rent & this location feels nothing like a MoneyTree. It’s always spotless, smells like it’s just been cleaned, I’ve never waited in line once, customers aren’t milling about all disgruntled.. the folks behind the counter are always at their post, with a big smile, as if they’ve been just waiting to see you all day. Idk who trained the employees in Bothell but they need to get the same people out to the other locations. Stat. Or just send the Bothell team to show them how to really run a business. My only gripe is the hours.. come on, just a little later? Please don’t make me risk picking up staff at the Moneytree on highway 99.
