My girlfriend and I are getting married ASAP. I am leaving for basic training for the United States air force in December. I walk into this pawn shop, which I totally negatively judged before I went into and started browsing rings with my girlfriend of 8 years. A few minutes go by and a women named Melissa comes out to help us... So far my girlfriend and I have loved to vibe put on by everyone, although Melissa went above and beyond to make sure we were making the right purchase, and the best part is she really cares. After searching and filtering rings at over 20 sites for weeks, Melissa helps me find the one in 10 minutes. I can confidently say this was by far the best customer service I have been given from any retailer.

He asked how much the bill was and the jewelry covered almost all of it except I believe $9. He threw in the rest of the money So my bill was paid. I left in tears from his generosity.
