Opened as promised. The 2 available teller's behind counter had average time with customer was 1 to 2 minutes as they completed a line of 26 guest within 30 minutes of opening. 4 more available members were working inside of glass rooms. The super friendly gentlemen Chip tending to personnel here in waiting area asked if we needed anything and offered water while waiting. Im not seeing what the long lines people are complaining about nor did I hear any disrespect towards anyone. Thank you Cristal for helping us this morning.
Very pleasant in person but they never follow through with anything once you leave. Also, do not expect a returned phone call, just go on in. Once there you can expect long lines, slow service and no drive up banking. Very much a waste of time
Now I understand why this Branch reviews are so bad. They have a unprofessional Teller name Linda that treats everyone disrespectful and doesn’t inform to the customer about a check cashing fee of $8 if you don’t have a Bank of America checking account. She also absolutely doesn’t care my experience today with Linda was absolutely terrible she is the most difficult teller i have ever met. I hope if you’re trying to conduct business there be careful with her she will treat you bad.

Don't open a business account here they will hold your business check for up to 10 days! Making only 200 available. We will look for a new bank! Banner Bank has been great for our personal. Horrible for a business to not be able to operate due to a bank.
