I use to be approved for a $700 loan even after making payment arrangements and paying off my loans. Now, if you don't pay off your loan within 30 days (or is it 60 days), they will keep lowering your loan approval amount there after. I make a decent amount of money each month and truly am disappointed with this new process. It wouldn't surprise me if they start loosing repeat customers.

Staff was helpful, but it was unfortunate that the couldn't offer more than a 50 dollar loan for an income over 2200 a month. . Makes no sense to call it a payday loan at that point.
This branch does not run as smoothly as before. Service levels are higher than normal. To help with this, they have you exit the line and fill out a form that takes less than a minute (returning customer and all). If I call my cell phone company, they don't put me on hold while they help another customer. So why are they having people fill out forms they can be done at the counter? That said, Sue is awesome! Very polite and helpful. Even took the time to proactively mention an upcoming change to the process. Excellent customer service. For customers in a hurry: save yourself some time and pull out the loan online. Only visit to pick up your funds.
