I came in to get an idea of what my ring was worth, I had no idea the value and I just needed some gas money for the week. When I walked into the store it was nice and clean, and I was greeted by a man at the front. After walking around for a few minutes I went to the front of the store and was helped by a woman she asked how much I needed, like I mentioned, i have no idea the value because I’m not a jeweler. So I told her I just needed to get what ever I could for gas. That’s when the woman helping me started to get increasingly rude. She told me that she needed a number and stared at me, refusing to do anything until I had an amount that I wanted, I finally told her an amount and she chuckled and said that she couldn’t do that much, before getting increasingly short with me, for my first time here it was the worst experience I have ever had in a store, Very rude, demeaning, and insensitive, I will not send any business to this store.
Very corporate and bare feeling atmosphere; don't expect to find anything for sale hiding in the nooks and crannies of the place like in some nearby privately owned pawn shops. I didn't buy anything and found some of the items overpriced while others priced decently. One fellow working there was nice enough to give me directions.

Theyre alright. One employee loves to brag about her know how on what to buy and is judgemental behind customer's backs. Also very loud. She or anybody else have little knowledge on product. I tried to sell 2 airsoft guns. One I paid 50 for, they offered 5 since it sold on eBay for 15. The other was some no name chinese bs airsoft I paid 12 for. They couldnt find it online and just offered me 7. Lmao easy to say I sold only one.
