I don’t need to go into chase often but today I walked in because I lost my debit card. When I went in I was greeted right away. Karim was soo helpful and friendly. Even if you are not that close. As a dedicated Chase member, I have to say the people in this specific bank are very nice. I came here to charge my phone and they gave me a chair to sit in next to the outlet. Love banking with Chase but I love the people who work here more.
I hate this bank and the people who work here at this location for being so insensitive and being unable to use their logic or time to cash my check that had been put on hold- only because my account balance was at .06 cents. WHY DO I BANK THERE IF I CANT CASH MY CHECKS????
