Very bad customer service I would avoid this branch. Especially the Indian banker incredibly rude, she is not helping to do the notary. Beware of dealing with crossroads branch.
They do not value people time, they give appointment for a time and no one bother about you. If you ask them, they say it's tentative and you aren't our priority. Other thing is they simply don't care about customer after opening account with them. In my case, opened account with $500 chase offer. Deposited $15,000 four months over, didn't receive chase credit, when I asked them for why didn't get credit, banker said so rudely that it happens automatically, if you didn't get credit, then we can't do anything. Beware of dealing with Chase and this branch is worst.
What I like about Chase as a financial institution is the following: 1. They provide free business and personal checking account to veterans and those on active duty. I know because I have both. 2. You can download two years of checking or savings transactions for free into QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel. Something that my Bellevue, Redmond, and MSFT contractor clients who I set up, review, and train in those accounting and bookkeeping software programs appreciate. 3. They offer a variety of credit cards for everyone. I like earning 5% cash back in different categories each quarter like gas, groceries, Amazon, and wholesale clubs on my Chase Freedom card. 4. Unlike other banks, they are usually open people hours of 9-6 M-F and 10-2 on Saturday. 5. Their website is always working. 6. Zelle payment is easy to send and receive money with. Better than PayPalless. The only downside is that credit cards can be downloaded in both QuickBooks, Quicken, and Excel for three statements plus the current transactions or 120 days. American Express for example can go back as far as 15-18 months. If you are one of my clients that wants to start a file in the middle of the year, that doesn’t work. They need to let folks download credit cards for the same amount of time as the banking side.

I don’t feel so bad about this branch. Many comments complained about the slowness, which is true sometimes, but in general it is ok and the tellers and bankers are very nice. I live nearby so I come to this branch often.
