This is about the customer service, not about their loaning of money. They were all nice and friendly when I turned in an application for the loan. I was told I'd get a call back. I called 3 different times before I finally got the info that my loan was denied. In short, if they think you can make them $ they will happily deal with you. If you're denied, you aren't even worth a phone call back. Profits before people.
Stop replying to people online and telling them to call you and work it out. When they call all you're going to do is tell them to blow it out their arse. You don't work with anybody on anything. You're an unreasonable predatory lender. All of your employees are scripted liars! Keep looking out the window.
