Always a positive experience coming here! Today, my husband and I went in and bought a PS4, extra controller, and a couple games. Even though the sales guy forgot to put the discs in the case and we didn’t realize it until we got home, the manager made it up to us by giving us a $20 game for free! Love this place
I frequently go to pawn shops. A few are the cash America's. Usually pretty good. Friendly and fair.
I was there on 8/10/19 at 4:44 and the women was very rude she make me get out of the store cuz was almost 5pm
Put my $850 Guitar in their pawn shop for three weeks when I got it back I looked it over for damages and did not find any..took it home then found out someone stold the little plastic battery cover on the bottom that holds the 9 volt battery in.....Called them and told them about it..they said they did not have ...I told them you would not have even given me a loan on it if it we're missing when I pawned it....So now I have to buy another for my guitar...I wouldn't trust them with a nickel.....And they own the other pawn shop across the street...so watch out....
I called and asked a question. The employee (Robert) was not intelligent and or familiar enough with the policies to answer it for me, so he asked me to hold for a moment while he asked someone else.. after being on hold for 10 min I was hung up on. I immediately called back and the excessively unpleasant Robert answered again, I asked him why he hung up on me and he told me he didn't there was just a line and he did not have time to speak with me. I asked him why he didn't tell me that instead of placing me on hold for 10 minutes and he said he did.. This company obviously has no problem with hiring people with absolutely no integrity or customer service skills I would avoid bringing them your business at all costs. I was polite with him the entire time and he treated me as if I was not worthy enough to speak with him and my business was no good to them. He continued to lie to me and told me he didn't have time to answer my question because there was a line. I ask myself why answer the phone at all then or why not just say he was busy and ask me to call back? But then again that is what someone would do who has basic customer service skills. I guess it what I should expect from a middle aged man working the counter at a pawn shop probably making 10$ an hr. I guess he is where he belongs its obvious McDonald's will not hire someone like that they at least know how to talk to people.
