Yeah they try to get something for nothing. I have went to other Pawn X changes and have gotten double from what they give. They expect you to be happy with the little that offer. Not even given a 3rd when they will sell it for almost full price still.
Pawn rates are whole lot better than other places they're almost always in a good mood and good to the customers
I put a Gucci purse and ring on layaway 3months ago,been making my payments on time every month,on August 18th I get a unexpected call from Dave the store manager telling me that I needed to come in because there was a issue with my layaway, On Monday August 20th I went into the store and ask for Dave,to find out that the Gucci purse I had been paying on belong to a customer who had pawn the purse,and it was pulled by accident,I told Dave I came all the way from West Seattle and he stated back to me that's not far and also I stated how are you going to compensate me for your mistake and he stated you didn't lose anything,in the end he ended up taking twenty dollars off my ring,one thing I will never do is shop there again
Dave the store manager is a racist I witness him talk bad to his black employees openly. He how's poor customer service his correlation skills suck. Come on cash America you got to do better get this racist man the proper training.
Just stopped in to see about buying video games and couldn't get no Customer service. I was told many times your next, but as customers kept coming in to the counter to pawn things, I was steady looked over. I had bad experiences before with this store and there rude service, but never again will I come back, even if everything in the store was .99 cents they don't deserve a penny of my hard earned money or my time.
