Scammers,once you pay them even though your behind they still will come and pick up the car.People get sick and have issues.If a person pays to try and catch up why would you take it. I wouldn't recommend no one to them.They are disrespectful and don't know how to speak to people especially the manager
They finance my 2016 Toyota, I see alot of reviews saying they harass you?? Well lets just say my car payment is due on the 19th of each month ,which isnt a week i get paid, i pay between 22-23 those my pay day dates, I CALL them every month on the 19th, let them know what day i will be paying my payment, u get 10 days i NEVER go past 2 days of the ten They are a GREAT company, just communicate everyone!
I have been seeing reviews that they "harrass" people and are a bad company. I have been with them as a finance company for my truck since January of 2018. My mother passed that June and I got behind 1 payment; at first there was some heated exchanges about the payment, but I finally got to speak to a woman and we got it sorted out. I explained that I was doing my best and that my mother had no insurance to cover her passing I told her tha i would do my best. I also explained that I told the car dealership that set up the loan that my payday rotated and that I had told them when I could pay. I explained my situation and not only did they send me paperwork to change my due date but now all they do is call once a month to set a payment date so that they know when it is coming. I have never been threated for a repo either. They are not a horrible company just talk to them and explain your circumstances and I have only had reasonable logical conversations since then. I would say all in all they are a good company just communication is key, but is with all companies.
DO NOT GET YOUR CAR FINANCED WITH THEM. I AM NOT BEHIND ON NOT 1 PAYMENT! MY PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 16TH...A LATE FEE IS APPLIED IN 10 DAYS. I NORMALLY PAY BEFORE A LATE FEE IS APPLIED! THIS COMPANY WILL HARASS YOU BEFORE THE 10 DAYS. THEY WILL HARASS YOU THE NEXT DAY! THEY CALLS & TEXT FROM UNKNOWN NUMBERS BEFORE U HAVE TIME TO RESPOND!! THEY WILL HARASS YOU & THREATEN TO REPO YOUR CAR EVEN OF YOUR PAYMENT RECORD IS EXCELLENT!
