so, my account goes negative $2. they take out an overdraft fee of $37. okay whatever, now im negative $39. they take out another fee of $12. now negative $51. i deposited $60 which should have brought me out of the negative. i check my account, now negative $135. i deposit cash of $345 and now all of a sudden i only have $293. where did the negative $135 come from and where is my other $60 i deposited first to bring me out of the negatives? this is so sketchy. something is not being done right at this place & as soon as everything is fixed im switching banks asap. do not bank here.
Yeah they did the same with me with overdraft fees ended up getting over 200$ from me. Finally cancelled with them now i need my bank statements from them from a few months before i cancelled because what would you know... Apparently bill money got returned that i never got returned back to me and when i called misty was and always is very rude and just hung up on me without answering my question. I wouldn't recommend anyone banking with this bank ever they will find anyway to get money out of someone. Im glad i dont have them handling my money anymore
They got me on the overdraft fees several times, and when I try to explain that I did opt out of the paper statements, they act like I’m lying and they question me as if I didn’t do it. They’re shady AF...BELIEVE IT!
Bank is dishonest and uses shady practices to collect overdraft fees. Worse than wells Fargo, which is saying something.
