Woodforest National Bank's Reviews
Staff at the bank locations are very nice and polite. The automated system STAYS down. Have to hold the phone for long periods of time just to find out what the account balance is. It would be a great bank for anyone who frequents Walmart or gets by Walmart often. But for someone in a rural area like me..... it can be frustrating because calling for information is inconvenient and there are long waits (holding the phone for 15 minutes) to talk to a representative because of the automated system not working. They REALLY need to address this issue.
Better than all major branches tried them all love these guys.
This Woodforest Branch is amazing. I have never experienced this level of customer service and dedication to resolving problems. All I can say is kudos to the wonderful, caring staff.
Great bank
Woodforest has many locations around the country. They are generally located inside of Walmart Supercenters. They won't cash a check unless you open an account and deposit a minimum of $25. The folks I've spoke with are nice and polite. They do try to up sale there other services but they aren't pushy.
