Always have had good business with this bank. They have always treated me with the highest respect and always go above and beyond to make sure all that you need is taken care of. Have done business with this branch for many years and will for many more. Very courteous and helpful employees.
Was told they would be finding someone to address my issue. I watched one lady leave, one lady made an extra phone call and the manager walked right by me without even acknowledging my presence. The employees were talking about personal information and games instead of helping me find the person and help that I need. Even the woman they said may help me was engaged in this conversation also. It's clear this location does not care about its customers.
Rude employees that do not engage the customers (unless they know you, I guess), closes a few minutes early often. Difficult to enter and exit from Main Street entrance due to high street/foot traffic and for some reason they will not accept a debit card to make a deposit into your account, they REQUIRE deposit slips.
I realize that banks would rather you do things online for most of your typical needs and I usually do! I worked at a bank I understand how busy things can get. There are times when you would like to be handled by a local person that you can talk to and relate with! I will not name names, but when I called into the branch the the employee was rude, condisending and informed me that I could do the same thing online. I realize this but I wanted to talk to a local person. She then placed me on hold for over 6 minutes! I hung up and I am strongly considering stwitching to a Bank that will treat their customers with better local customer service.
