Most laid back small finance company I have ever worked with. Everyone is there to help in any way possible. I have had more dealings with Danny the any others. But would go to Creekside before anywhere else.
HORRIBLE SERVICES! Don't go here unless you want to get told one thing then get told another by the same office! Not only did they screw people out of titles a couple years back the girl at the front desk doesn't even know how to answer a phone correctly looks like a lost puppy dog when you walk in and looked VERY unprofessional! I just got a call from the "claim guy" and He tried to raise his voice at me! I am a customer! NO LONGER WILL I SEND PEOPLE HERE! If there was a negative star I would give it to them! Don't waste your time! Horrible customer service all around. and They just want your money that's all but hold your breath due on when you pay off your loan you might not get your title. I've seen it happen numerous times from this company.
This place is a joke !!! Tell you to send a customer that they will help and then cant what a waste of time and money close the doors guys ya are done ...

I've been reading a lot of reviews regarding Chermside finance well for all those who have negative remarks about how they are a "joke" or outlaw oriented I have a secret to dealing with Chermside I would love to share with you!!! I shouldn't do this but I feel you need to hear it and apply it to dealing with them..... The secret is::::: PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME. It's not that hard people. They are giving you money as to were you can't get a loan through a bank. So quit yer bitchin and make your payment... I've got a loan with them and have never had an issue with them... Why??? Because I pay my bill... I will continue to do business with them.. Thank you creekside.
