I only work in Siler City so i don't frequently have to use this bank but i can say that EVERY visit I get the pleasure of having to see Shannon, sarcastically speaking. I did in fact leave my wallet at home, but I had my husband send a picture of my ID and verified my account information on both my accounts only for her to tell me she couldn't grant my request. She asked if i had my ATM card. Umm stupid question, if I did I wouldn't be standing in line. I live thirty minutes away and needed gas. Sad that when i needed help the most it was not granted. I will be closing my account tomorrow.
It's a good thing the tellers are nice, it makes the fact that we'll all die of old age waiting a little more tolerable
Waited at drive through line for 12 minutes with no service and then find out I could not make a CASH deposited for my step son. There is a reason I bank at Wells Fargo and Fidelity!!!
