They do not honor their loyal customers they recant on their contracts and makeup new rules and new fees out of nowhere now they're charging me an extra dollar fifty for using my debit card only way I found out was I making my payment and they just dropped in my lap by telling me this then go say or what you can come in which is super inconvenient since I drive trucks
I went to National Finance in Salisbury, NC, with my 69-year-old mom to help her refinance her loan. I am a bankruptcy paralegal. Megan, the manager, refused to look at my POA papers, repeatedly interrupted me when I asked questions, refused to allow me to read the documents with my mom before she signed them, and called the cops on me when I told her that I was a paralegal. She lied to the police. She interrupted me and shouted at me. She was dirty and disheveled, completely unprofessional. She had a huge open running sore on one side of her nose. It was grotesque and unsanitary. Why do National Finance employees work under false names? Meghan/Megan/Mary Smith. FRAUD? Avoid National Finance at all costs.
