I received an auto loan from regional by going through dealership, it was a rough time getting a loan due to my credit. Regional took me on! I made all my payments online which was great. I came into a bind and was not able to pay one month and Kim worked with me through it ALL. she was very patient with me and kept me in the loop with everything i needed. Along with my car loan, i was able to get a personal loan for Christmas for the kids and she helped me out with that as well. My very first encounter with Kim was top notch. I am still with them today and have been able to make my credit better through out our almost 3 years together. Its sad to say after this car loan is finished we will no longer be working together. I say go for Regional Finance and work with Kim! If you cant get her im sure everyone else in there is just as nice and hardworking as she is.
Kept giving me the run around about when I would hear something each day. I had to keep calling back, nobody would ever follow up with me.

I had an extremely pleasant experience. It was handled very quickly, and the loan officer explained my loan very thoroughly. Her name is Kim. I normally don't write reviews, but I felt this establishment deserved a five star rating after doing such a great service for me when I needed it.
Staff and business is pleasant however, who does in person payments in 2016? Would really appreciate an online pay option or at a minimum a drop box. Guess I will give the Bill Pay thru the bank option a try. :(
