I would advise against doing business with this company. Most of the staff has attitude problems, they can’t keep employees on very long and the ones that are on should be let go. This is not how you run a successful business. The attitudes just seem to get worse and worse every time I deal with this staff.
Very poor customer service skills,Krystal Gupton is an absolute nightmare to work with along with the rest of the staff. Wish I would have never done business with these people. They harass you and your family members.
I've never had a problem with any staff member or manager at this branch. Everytime I call it rings maybe twice and someone answers and takes my payment promptly. I'm thinking that these bad reviews less the one with the title problem, has to do with making your payment late. I'm thoroughly satisfied with the way you good do business and thankful someone was working late to take my payment after 6!
This branch is the worst. They call me excessively (harassment) even though I have already made my payment. The last rep. I spoke with did not have record of a payment I made, even though I gave him the date it was made and the name of the individual I made it to. He still could not find the payment and then stated to me, "it's your credit". Obviously they're he'll bent on ruining it. I never seem to deal with the same person twice due to the amount of turn-overs. I'm so fed up with this branch I wish I never did business with them!! Next stop better business bureau.
