They sent me a offer for money told me I was pre-approved and after 2 days f@!$ed around and didn't do anything to help me. I pay on time,never late and my payments come directly out of my checking account each month. Hope you lose business over this review. If you make and offer you should stand behind. What ever happened to good old fashioned ways. Stand behind your,word. You suck One main financial!
I applied for and was approved for a loan through the Credit Karma website. Onemain was suggested by the site as a way to help build credit. I was given the run around almost immediately! The staff is in my opinion quite unprofessional. I was passed from one person to another...it took days to receive a return phone call and processing of my loan took 38 days. I refused the loan because I was offered ridicules terms that were not all beneficial. AGAIN... this loan was not something that I needed... it was supposed to be a way to help me build credit. When I initially applied I applied through the Credit Karma website which did not hit my credit report as an inquiry...Onemain ran my credit...which WAS a hit...when there was no need to. It pretty much defeats the purpose. I'm sure Onemain may have helped some people in their community but they truly were of no help to me.
