This is the cleanest pawn shop i have been in in a while! Well organized and good priced items for sale. The lady who is the manager is very polite and helpful. As i saw customers come in she was very attentive and polite you dont get that very often anymore.
My husband Warren and I have been dealing with Mr. Doug for going on 10 years now and every time we stop in it is like visiting an old friend. He has always given us great deals on everything from tvs to tools and laptops. There have been many times we have dropped by for electronic advice and troubleshooting in which he always took time to help with whatever we needed. He is honest and more than fair making J & W Pawn in New Bern a pleasant experience.
I bought a handgun from here and Leslie was very helpful and knowledgeable with info for me being new at owning a gun. Just wanted to say thanks to her for all the help and if you want someone to talk with you and teach you a few things not just make a sale then go here.
