This so called business is a joke ran by circus clowns there are so many hoops you have to jump through just to even talk with somebody they make their own hours they run you in one big circle just for a overweight man to tell you there is nothing they can do even after you've been pregnant approved and when ask why they give no explanation I gave them one star because it's the lowest rating I was presented with would not recommend
Jeff should lose his privileges to answer the phone/get another job if he doesn’t wanna answer questions about an account. Was completely rude, and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business here.
Will NEVER do business with these people again!!!!!!! We had a car financed through this company , made payments ON TIME for almost 3 years.. My husband has one more payment left on his car and asked if the payment could be deferred for being out of work from hurricane Florence and they told him that they couldn’t do that or give him an extension. Instead , they wanted to offer him a loan that would require him to use his car as collateral , then ass rape him with no lube on the interest rate for the loan so that he would owe them double .. Never again !!!!!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to do business with this company.. I wish that I could have given them a zero star rating .. Congrats on losing another customer!
I tried to get a loan from them years ago they turned me down for 500 dollars and my car title. They finally have it too me when i took my step mom up there who was a customer. I paid it faithfully every month and even paid it off early . I went back a few weeks ago to get help get me a car. I was thinking i would be good because of me be so good on my previous loan but they flat out refused. So the hell with this place and the guy that works there is a jerk no a people person.
