I live in rocky mount currently and drove out to Nashville to set up my business bank account with them a few months ago. I’m not a fan of the rocky mount team, we unfortunately just do not see eye to eye on customer service. Rhonda and Mary at the Nashville branch are always SO helpful and answer all my questions. I travel a lot for work but always call them for help and they never disappoint! Very professional and really get things done.
I love this bank. I get my money a day early. This branch is a little slow but courteous and helpful.
