Absolutely, hands down love the family care free environment. It's so quiet but someone is so quick to help you and so friendly on arrival! Love how quick it was to setup my account with little effort and the conversation with Mrs. Nikki made the time feel like comfortable and like talking to a friend you've known for years. First of all, there's no easy way to call and check my balance, there is also no Atm at the said location, I feel as if they're stuck in the stone ages. Second of all, I never got set up so say if I got hacked I would have no way to call and cancel my card, I feel like I'm totally stuck with this company, I strongly recommend another banking company such as BB&T
